CANCELATIONS

  • With covid restrictions during this past year, we can only take one client at a time. Our shifts have shortened, we can’t take walk-ins and bookings are by appointment only.
  • Many times, we were waiting on a client that either didn’t show up or cancelled last minute.
  • Life happens, and we understand. When clients don’t show up or they cancel at the last minute, we can’t fill that spot and we both lose. You lose out on a great service, and we lose the ability to servicing a different client that could have been present during that time slot. We are also invested in each colour appointment as we have been thinking of several ideas to show you and we’re excited to make you a happy client.
  • Moving forward, you will receive your appointment reminder 4 days before the scheduled time. If you cancel 48hrs before, we will do our best to fill that spot. If we can’t, you’ll be required to pay 50% of your booked services. If you cancel 24hrs before your appointment, you will automatically be charged 50% of the service booked.
  • Please confirm your appointment so we know you’re coming and please give us lots of time if you need to make changes.

REDO POLICY

Sometimes a colour or cut needs a tweak. It happens. If you get home and aren’t completely happy, let us know within 5 days.
If a big change is needed and isn’t what was discussed during the initial visit, we will charge you for the extra services.

We pride ourselves on suggesting products customized for your at home maintenance routine. If you decide you don’t like it, we will exchange it for a product more suitable.
