Appointment Policies

• Booking: We encourage you to book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

• Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call us. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. 

• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

 

2. Pricing and Payments

• Service Pricing: Our service prices are based on the stylist's experience, hair length, and the complexity of the service. Full pricing details can be found on our booking page.

• Product Charges: A  **product usage fee** will be added for any colour or treatment products used during your service. This ensures you receive the best care with the highest quality products.

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment platforms. Full payment is due at the end of your service.

• Gratuities: Tips are not required but always appreciated by our stylists. These can be given in cash or added to your final payment.

 

3. Refunds and Adjustments

• Service Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days. We will happily adjust your hair free of charge to meet your expectations.

• Refund Policy: While we do not offer refunds on services, we will make every effort to ensure you leave happy. Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any concerns with your service.

 

4. Health and Safety

• Hygiene Standards: Your health and safety are our top priority. We maintain the highest hygiene standards, ensuring all tools and stations are sanitized after every client.

• Allergies and Medical Conditions: Please inform your stylist if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect your service. We want to provide the safest experience possible.

 

5. Client Conduct

• Respectful Environment: We aim to create a respectful, relaxing atmosphere for all our clients and staff. We kindly ask that you are respectful to everyone during your visit.

• Children Policy: We welcome children, but for their safety and the comfort of others, they must be supervised at all times. Please bring another adult to supervise if needed.

 

6. Privacy Policy

• Client Information: Your personal information, including your contact details and payment information, is securely stored and used solely for your salon services. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties.

 

7. Promotions and Discounts

• Promotion Validity: We love offering special promotions and discounts! Please note that these offers are valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Be sure to check expiration dates on gift certificates and promotional offers.

 

8. Changes to Services

• Service Modifications: Hair by Fusion reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue services and pricing at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

 

9. Liability

• Damage Waiver: We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing, but please note that we are not responsible for damage to personal belongings during your appointment.

• Service Outcome: While our stylists strive for perfection, results may vary. We cannot guarantee outcomes beyond reasonable adjustments as outlined in our satisfaction policy.
